Olive is my new color crush. It’s a perfect neutral and flattering to all skin tones. You can transition it from summer to fall and itt goes well with any black, white, or brown clothing piece. This blouse can be dressed up for work with black pants or down with a dark jean. This jacket is light enough for a summer night over a LBD or perfect for an early crisp fall day. You also can’t go wrong with any J.crew pair of shorts. Perfect with a ruffled white tank for summer! And this 3/4 arm length dress, recently on the Nordstrom anniversary sale! This dress is right on trend too for this summer with the ‘off the shoulder’ look. Lastly, how stylish are these d’Orsay flats!! I need to try them on stat!

Cory and I love going for a good hike together ever since our first hike on the last day of our honeymoon. We decided to hike Mount Si in Washington since we had heard great things about it. What a hike it was! It was like being on the stair-master for 2 hours! But it sparked our love for clean, fresh air. We have since explored Hanging Rock and William B. Umstead State Park…a little closer to home.

Can we just rewind to this past weekend??
I had such a great time going to a friend’s baby shower that had a cute woodland animal theme, eating my way through Wake Forest Food Truck Rodeo, and enjoying some local beer and table shuffleboard at White Street Brewing Company! Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures of the baby shower, but captured some memories from my Sunday Funday!

P.s. If you happen to go to a local food truck rodeo and Dusty Donuts is there, you MUST try!!! So delicious, my mouth is watering just thinking of them!! And Jay’s Italian Ice was perfect to cool us down since it was unbelievably hot out! I highly recommend the blueberry and lemon flavors.
