Fall Decor
With Halloween and Thanksgiving around the corner, I get so excited to decorate my house in Fall decor. The beautiful shades of yellow, orange, green, and red and smell of Yankee Candle’s Harvest really brings the Fall feeling. Even though places are already putting holiday decorations out, I don’t want to fast forward my favorite season. Here are a few ideas to bring the Fall season inside your home .
Vine and Branches via Etsy – take a look at all of their decor, so great! And Pier1 has so many cute options to shop, but this sign is perfect for Thanksgiving.
Of course, Pottery Barn can do no wrong! I’m so sad this pumpkin patch pillow is no longer available 😦
ZGallerie Glass pumpkins! They are everywhere this season. How pretty are these white ones? And this gorgeous hand blown orange glass pumpkin!
This olive colored vase is on clearance at C&B! Target has this adorable bud vase, put three in a row to make a statement. Or you can mix it up and add in this orange Glassybaby, which are hand blown and 10% goes to the specified fund!
Well I hope I’ve inspired you with some of these ideas to go out and decorate! Maybe enjoy a PSL while you’re at it!
As they say here in NC, Happy Fall Y’all!

Workout Wear
I have an addiction to workout clothes even though I currently only workout (maybe) 2-3 times a week. But who can blame me!? Working a full time job and sometimes taking my work home, it’s hard to find that work-life balance. I’ve finally gotten into a routine with a workout that I love. Have you tried Flywheel? It’s AMAZING! But the best part is actually shopping for the cute clothes 🙂
I’m definitely a patron of Lululemon, but have found some great pieces at places like Victoria’s Secret, Gap Fit, Old Navy, Nordstrom, Sweaty Betty and Lucy. So I have a few items below that I either have or want!
Danskin Seamless sports bra // GapFit High Impact sports bra // Zella sports bra
Danskin has been tried and true in my book. I always try new sports bras because of the fun colors and designs, but find myself always grabbing the Danskin one to wear for my higher intensity workouts/classes. The fabric is breathable and doesn’t suffocate you whatsoever! And you can find them at TJ Maxx on occasion!
Sweaty Betty Tunic // Lucy Final Rep Top // Old Navy Muscle Tee
I am lusting over this Sweaty Betty Tunic! Hopefully they’ll have a fall sale sometime soon or I may just have to splurge and get it?!?
Lululemon Wunder Under Hi-Rise Pant // Victoria’s Secret Knockout Tight // Zella Live-in Leggings
These Lululemon pants have to be my all-time favorite. I go a size down because I like the support of the pant and love having the high waste feel! It’s my go-to pant and get super excited when I go to the Lulu outlet and find these!
After working in healthcare and seeing some pretty horrible injuries and chronic pain issues from something as simple as shoe wear, I’ve become a ‘sneaker snob’! I wear these for running, but I’ve got my eye on these, these, or these for my next pair to try. But in all honesty, the absolute BEST thing you can do for yourself is get properly fitted for your sneakers!!!
p.s. – I just signed up for the 21 day fix, I will be starting it next week and hope to stick with it. Wish me luck!
